*35  Observed front pop machine and cabinet below to have many fruit flies. Be sure pop nozzles are soaked every night in sanitizer solution and for effective measures to minimize the presence of insects or rodents to be implemented 750.1160. Next Inspection
*41  Observed sanitizer bottle to be stored on food shelf on top of hamburger buns and above food wrappers and tortilla chips. Provide for sanitizer bottles to be stored in designated chemical cabinet 750.1310. *Sanitizer was moved. Immediate/Onsite
Observed the following foods to be improperly stored: 1. Foods on floor in walk-in freezer. 2. Cans of cheese sauce and taco sauce stored on floor across from chemical cabinets in back. Provide for foods to be stored at least 6" off of floor at all times 750.130. Next Inspection
15  Observed the following surfaces to need repair: 1. Torn gasket of cooler that of off by front drive thru window. 2. Torn gasket of sour cream cooler. 3. Pop in box storage shelves rusting. 4. Shelves in 3 bay area rusting. Please repair to provide surfaces that are easily cleanable, non absorbent, and smooth 750.600. Next Inspection
21  Observed wiping cloths stored on counter tops throughout. Provide for all wiping cloths to be stored completely submerged in an approved sanitizer solution while not being used 750.810. Next Inspection
23  Observed the following to need cleaning: 1. Outside of pink sprinkle container. 2. Inside of potato rounds cooler. 3. Inside of the steam table control cabinet. 4. Inside of the fryer cabinets. 5. Inside of the cabinets by the register. Please clean and maintain 750.800. Next Inspection
